Exciting news for all the Google Apps admins out there! If your organization uses a non-Gmail service, there’s a new “Non-Gmail mailbox” setting you can quickly access to ensure that your users’ non-Gmail messages are routed properly to their mailboxes.

The “Non-Gmail mailbox” setting can also be used to configure Quarantine Summary reports for non-Gmail users, so they can quickly mark messages wrongly identified as spam (no more missing critical messages!).

Visit the Google Apps Documentation & Support page for instructions on how to configure the “Non-Gmail mailbox” setting for your organization.
