For the 4th year, we’re honored and excited to share that SADA Systems (SADA) is named as one of the Best Places to Work in Los Angeles. This thirteenth annual program was created by the Los Angeles Business Journal and Best Companies Group.
This survey and awards program was designed to identify, recognize and honor the best employers in Los Angeles, benefiting the county’s economy, workforce and businesses. The list is made up of 100 companies. With an honorable INC5000 ranking for 12 years, SADA is also thrilled to rank on this exclusive list of the 100 Best Places to Work in Los Angeles ranking at #14 .
“Being named to Los Angeles Business Journal’s Best Places to Work list for the 4th year is a huge honor,” said Orkideh Shahidi, Director of People Operations at SADA. “SADA’s investment in building an inclusive culture is apparent from the moment a recruit steps through our doors to a path for success. We’re so proud of our hardworking and dedicated team who help build a culture of engagement, agility and innovation, and to ensuring that our core values permeate everything we do.”
SADA strives to make each employee feel valued, which in turn enables individuals and teams to become more engaged. This is done through various events organized by SADA’s “Culture Club.” Happy hours, charity and community events, the annual kickball game and ping pong tournaments, Tea Cart Tuesdays, and a Wellness Week complete with a yoga break and an on-site chef are just a few of the many exciting activities hosted to show appreciation to employees and to keep them engaged. In addition to a great culture, SADA also offers a wide range of competitive benefits such as 401K matching, catered lunch daily, unlimited PTO, professional development reimbursement, profit sharing, insurance, disability, flex spending accounts, and other employee assistance programs.
Companies from across the county entered the two-part survey process to determine the Best Places to Work in Los Angeles. Best Companies Group managed the overall registration and survey process in Los Angeles, analyzed the data and determined the final rankings.
