Learn how to run workloads in GCP, AWS, or on-prem, and manage your entire distributed environment using a centralized dashboard. By mastering one consistent platform to apply configurations and set security policies across all app deployments, you’ll gain the skills to mix containers across multiple infrastructure platforms and move virtual machines from on-prem data centers or other clouds directly into containers on Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE).

Each session provides hands-on training and guidance by leading SADA and Google Cloud engineers. By the end of this six-week course, you’ll be well equipped to combine migration and modernization into one step, eliminating the need for code rewrites or other manual processes.

Ameer is a Product Manager at Google Cloud in San Francisco. In this role, his goal is create the industry leading Google managed service mesh technology for enterprises. Ameer works closely with the business leaders, development and operations teams to identify the right solution for the problem in Google Cloud. He has published solutions and tutorials on cloud.google.com and medium. Ameer has over 20 years of experience building infrastructure solutions both on-prem and in the cloud. Throughout his career, he has worn multiple hats, ranging from sales engineering, solutions architect, product management and tech evangelist.

Asfar is an architect with 15 years of experience in telecommunications, data center networking and virtualization. He has led tactical and complex migrations projects globally, modernizing systems to adopt google cloud native solutions with GKE/Anthos.

Brian Kaufman is currently the Product Manager for Anthos Multi-Cloud products including Anthos on AWS, Azure, and Attached Clusters. Prior to working at Google he was one of the first solutions engineers at Docker and worked with companies of all sizes to adopt modern CI/CD processes.

Chris is a Senior Solutions Architect at SADA and one of the resident experts in SADA’s Anthos Practice. Since joining SADA almost 4 years ago, he has been in various roles ranging from support, managed services, technical account management, and professional services. He has been working with Anthos since Google’s Next ‘19, educating and helping customers adopt a multi/hybrid cloud strategy as well as working closely with the product teams helping them understand customer needs in the hybrid/multi-cloud space.
Christopher loves helping customers run more efficiently and reach full potential using cloud and hybrid solutions.

Jeff Lucas has 20+ years experience developing enterprise scale software for vertical industries focusing on Life Sciences, Financials, Insurance, Legal, and Retail workloads in multi-cloud environments (GCP, AWS, Azure). His speciality is infrastructure application modernization using Anthos and is the SME for Service Mesh and Security Compliance. His deep knowledge of application and data-engine workloads and CI/CD modernization is a natural fit for onboarding customers to the Anthos platform.

Poonam Lamba
Poonam Lamba
Poonam Lamba is a product manager focused on building the ACM/Policy Controller product for Anthos and GKE customers to provide fully programmable policies to enable defense in depth for clusters, namespace, resources etc. She also leads the Anthos billing and metering product.
Prior to joining Google, she worked in the FSI industry as engineering leader where she designed, architected and led teams to build and operate systems at scale.
In her free time, Poonam enjoys running on trails, hiking, camping, reading and listening to music.

Richard Seroter is Director of Outbound Product Management at Google Cloud, an instructor at Pluralsight, a frequent public speaker, the author of multiple books on software design and development, and a former InfoQ.com editor plus former 12-time Microsoft MVP for cloud. As Director of Outbound Product Management at Google Cloud, Richard leads a team focused on products and customer success for the code-to-run journey—including Cloud Build, GKE, Cloud Run, and Anthos.
