Adam Evans

Adam Evans joins the Executive Management Team for the Google Solution Line at Insight, bringing more than 15 years of experience leading hypergrowth services businesses through transformation and maturation. A results-driven leader, Adam specializes in building sustainable value and capability while prioritizing client understanding.

Most recently, as managing director of global service delivery and commercial management at SADA, An Insight company. In this role, he led the global transformation of SADA’s professional services delivery, overseeing revenue predictability and contract delivery for a $75 million services business. His leadership was instrumental in creating new consulting capabilities and reimagining portfolio management to meet the scale of the business. 

Prior to his tenure at SADA, Evans founded Worthful Limited, where he worked with private equity owners to accelerate services businesses and drive product adoption within their portfolio companies. He also spent eight years at Rackspace Technology, where he served as senior director of professional services for EMEA. During this time, he led the function’s hypergrowth, expanding the team from three to 120 teammates across six countries and growing professional services sales to $25 million.

Evans describes himself as an authentic leader of people and a "projects and programmes geek.” He holds a master’s degree in project management from the University of Reading and a Bachelor of Engineering in mechanical and manufacturing engineering from the University of New South Wales. Based in Newbury, Berkshire, Evans is an avid golfer and amateur barista.
