The generative AI market is moving at an incredible speed. To lead, you can’t just talk about innovation; you have to build it, break it, and prove its value in the real world. This is our core philosophy, and it’s how we help our clients cut through the noise.
That’s why we are proud to announce that our parent company, Insight, has been recognized as an Emerging Leader in the Emerging Market Quadrant of the September 2025 Gartner® Innovation Guide for Generative AI Consulting and Implementation Services.
We believe our recognition as an Emerging Leader is a direct reflection of our proven method for achieving exactly that. At SADA, our approach is built on three key principles:
- Start with business value: We don’t lead with technology. We start by identifying and prioritizing the use cases that will have the most significant impact on your business, ensuring every AI project is tied to a clear and measurable outcome.
- Build, don’t just advise: Our teams are hands-on builders. We use the full power of Google Cloud’s AI portfolio to move quickly from a high-value idea to a working prototype, allowing us to test, learn, and iterate at a pace the market demands.
- Deploy with confidence: An AI model is only as good as its data and its deployment. We focus on building the solid data foundations and operational rigor required to move AI from a lab experiment to a reliable, enterprise-wide capability.
Our method in action: customer success stories
In our view, this recognition is a testament to the tangible results we’ve delivered for our clients. Here’s how we think our method has helped them turn the potential of GenAI into a competitive advantage.
Equifax: Optimizing operations and empowering teams
As a global data and technology leader, Equifax needed to empower its teams with generative AI without compromising on security. We helped them frame the project not as a tech experiment, but as a path to unlocking measurable business value. Our hands-on team ensured the Gemini deployment inherited their robust Google Workspace security settings, giving them the confidence to scale. The result? A six-month trial where 90% saw an increase in work quality and quantity, and employees from almost every business unit saved more than one hour per day by using the tool.
The Sherlock Company: AI-driven video thumbnail automation
For a creative operations agency like The Sherlock Company, scaling visual storytelling for global media brands was a manual and time-consuming process. To address this challenge, our team helped them build a multi-stage AI pipeline using Google Cloud’s Vertex AI and Gemini. The result? By automating a previously laborious process, they reduced thumbnail selection time from one day to just 10 minutes per video, allowing them to offer a new, scalable service to their clients.
Viiz Communications: AI-powered call handling
When calling a Public Safety Answering Point (PSAP) like a 911 center, getting through is paramount. However, these centers are often overwhelmed with non-emergency calls, which can slow response times for true emergencies. Viiz Communications, a provider of contact center solutions for PSAPs and other clients, sought a way to improve response efficiency by distinguishing between non-emergency and emergency calls. By deploying Google Cloud Contact Center as a Service (e.g., CCAI) to automate call routing and intent recognition, we helped Viiz reduce non-emergency call handling time by 60%. More importantly, the Viiz AI-powered 911 call handling system can discern non-emergency and emergency calls with 98.8% intent recognition accuracy.
This is how you lead in a market that’s being defined in real-time. It’s not magic. It’s a battle-tested method for turning the immense potential of generative AI into a true competitive advantage. We’re thrilled to see this approach recognized and are more committed than ever to our customers’ success.
