About Dana
Dana was truly meant to lead people and teams who powered innovative technology. He saw that true, scalable impact came from coaching teams, building culture, and leading people through complex change. It set him on the path from being a strong professional to the strong, empathetic leader we knew and loved. For over six years, Dana navigated the highs and lows of a fast-paced and growing organization, leading through a major acquisition and several transitions.
Dana was a true visionary who inspired us to reach for new heights, always pushing the boundaries of what was possible while never losing sight of the human element. His dedication to our team was unparalleled, and he genuinely cared about everyone he came across. Dana often spoke of how proud he was of our team’s collective achievements, our resilience, and the incredible spirit of our company.
Dana was much more than just a CEO for all of us; he was a friend and the heart and soul of our company, guiding us through many changes and key milestones. His unwavering compassion and remarkable vision shaped us into the organization we are today. He led not just with his intellect, but with a genuine warmth, joy, humor, and love that touched every single one of us. Dana believed deeply in our potential to become a services giant, fostering a culture of innovation and service excellence, and always ensured that our work was meaningful and impactful for our customers and the ecosystem.
Beyond his professional life, Dana was a devoted husband, father, son, and friend. We are staying close to Dana’s wife, Stephanie, and their family to offer any support we can provide. Our thoughts are with his family during this incredibly difficult time.
