- Access to a unified security dashboard
- Record meetings and save them to Drive
- For schools wanting to capture faculty meetings or online lectures, Hangouts Meet can be used to record them and save them directly to Drive
- Recordings are readily accessible for those that weren’t able to attend
- Hangouts Meet supports up to 50 participants
- Hangouts Meet has a dial-in feature for those that need to connect via phone and is available in more than two dozen countries
Gmail logs and admin reports in BigQuery
- Analyze logs using sophisticated, high-performing custom queries
- Retain data as long as required using a user-configurable retention period
- Utilize BigQuery web UI, command line, or third-party tools, such as Google Data Studio
