SADA CEO and President Tony Safoian is one of a select group of channel leaders who have been named 2022 Channel Futures Channel Influencer Award winners, based on the strength of his demonstrated leadership in the industry.
Tony is one of 50 individuals recognized as a channel leader who will impact the direction of the information and communications (ICT) indirect sales channel in 2022. He is profiled in a gallery on the Channel Futures website and in the 2022 Channel Influencers digital issue, which will be available for download on Friday, Feb. 25.
“I’m greatly honored by this recognition by Channel Futures,” shared Tony Safoian. “I consider it a reflection of SADA’s growing team of talented and diverse individuals who inspire me every day to do better–better by our people, our customers, our partners and our community. I’m thankful to be given the opportunity to bring experience and thought leadership to influence change and growth in the channel community.”
Under Tony’s guidance, SADA has differentiated itself by proactively addressing a rapidly evolving cloud market across commercial, public sector and education sectors, while anticipating the needs of its customers–oftentimes even before they do. Tony has grown the small, family-owned business to one of the world’s top cloud consultancy and managed services providers, maintaining premier level partnership with Google, and earning Google Cloud Global Partner of the Year three times.
Tony has led SADA to a 15-time Inc 5000 Honoree status, and a 5-time CRN Fast Growth 150 Honoree. Named a Finalist for Ernst and Young’s 2015 Entrepreneur of the Year award, Tony has established himself as a visionary entrepreneur addressing the needs of businesses. Additional accolades include Los Angeles Business Journal’s “Top 40 under 40” list and being named 2021 Executive of the Year by Business Intelligence Group. He is a member of Forbes Technology Council, offering thought leadership and firsthand insights on tech and business.
“The Channel Futures Influencers is an exclusive group of executives who are at the pinnacle of leadership,” said Bobby DeMarzo, vice president of content, Informa Tech Channels Group. “Our editorial team and key advisers carefully selected individuals based on their accomplishments and thought leadership in the partner ecosystem. These individuals stand head and shoulders above all others in the entire channel.”
“Our editorial team is on top of what’s going on in the channel every day,” said Craig Galbraith, editorial director for Channel Futures. “Certain individuals stand out for the impact they have on the channel with their thoughts, actions and words. This exclusive lineup of leaders represents the entire channel. It’s a diverse group that includes key decision-makers from top vendors as well as technology solutions brokerages (formerly master agents) and traditional tech distributors. These honorees have demonstrated dedication to the channel and a willingness and ability to inform and inspire the entire community.”
Channel Influencers will be honored at the Channel Partners Conference & Expo, April 11-14 at the Venetian Resort & Expo in Las Vegas.
