SADA and its leaders recognized as finalists in inaugural CRN Women of the Year Awards

The awards recognize individual achievements and collective efforts of organizations advancing diversity in the technology sector

(LOS ANGELES, CA) Sept 14, 2023 – SADA, along with the company’s President and Chief Executive Officer Tony Safoian and Chief Revenue Officer Sandy Hogan, have been recognized as finalists in the inaugural CRN Women of the Year Awards. Hosted by The Channel Company, these awards honor exceptional women, companies, and allies who have demonstrated outstanding leadership and innovation within the IT channel and tech industry.

Tony Safoian, Ally of the Year Finalist

Tony Safoian has worked to foster a gender-inclusive environment at SADA from its inception. As the company’s leader, he remains laser-focused on creating a best-in-class experience for not only SADA’s customers and partners but also its employees. Tony believes employees are the heart of SADA, and arguably one of the most important ways to show this is by creating a safe workplace that promotes diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) for all. DEI has always been and will continue to be an intentional practice for SADA as he champions embracing diversity as the best path to innovation.

Sandy Hogan, Woman of the Year Finalist

Sandy Hogan has led the largest-scale transformation in SADA’s history by developing entirely new go-to-market (GTM) customer solutions, including Google Cloud Natives, GTM partners, and scalable and custom services and marketplace offerings. She also led the charge in pivoting the company’s strategy around key solution pillars, including data and AI, security, productivity and collaboration, and infrastructure modernization to support customers’ business outcomes. She created customer value frameworks for key solution pillars, focused on an entirely new outcome-centric GTM strategy.

SADA, Diversity Employer of the Year Finalist

SADA is an equal opportunity employer that values diversity and actively works to attract and retain a diverse workforce. SADA has made a concerted effort to increase the representation of underrepresented groups over the past several years, globally and in North America.

As proof of its commitment to diversity hiring globally, between January 2022 and July 2023, non-white employees made up nearly 60% of SADA’s new hires.

“SADA’s recognition in this award program is a testament to the very purposeful impact we are making with our employees, customers, and partners every day,” said Tony Safoian, President & CEO of SADA. “I couldn’t be more proud of what we have achieved with our diverse team who continues to deliver excellence in the Google Cloud ecosystem.”

“We are proud to recognize the remarkable accomplishments of SADA and its leaders and all the finalists of the CRN Women of the Year Awards,” said Blaine Raddon, CEO of The Channel Company. “These outstanding individuals, companies, and allies are reshaping the IT channel, inspiring future leaders, and contributing to the growth and innovation of the industry.
