Biju Chandrasekharan

Biju Chandrasekharan is a seasoned technology executive with over two decades of experience scaling global operations, cloud computing practices, and client service delivery. He currently serves on the leadership team for the Google Solution Line, bringing a track record of operational rigor and financial overachievement to the organization.

In his most recent role as Vice President of Global Operations at SADA, An Insight company, Biju was instrumental in driving service excellence and rapid organizational scaling. He oversaw the dramatic expansion of SADA India following its 2022 acquisition, growing the division's revenue from $100K to $10M. Under his leadership, the India team expanded fourfold, establishing a robust engine for global delivery.

A testament to his focus on operational precision occurred in September 2025, when his Enterprise Support Services team achieved a historic milestone for the Partner-Led Premium Support program. Under his guidance, the team secured 100% scores in both ticket quality and ticket validity for the first time since the program’s launch. This achievement not only maximized rebates from Google but also exceeded the division’s financial goals, directly translating technical accuracy into revenue growth.

Biju’s leadership philosophy is grounded in a blend of technical expertise and strategic business management. Before his current tenure, he was the Chief Executive Officer of ByteWave Digital until its acquisition by SADA in 2021. His background also includes over 14 years at UST Global, where he rose from a Solutions Architect to Practice Head of Cloud Computing and Director of Client Services. His technical pedigree includes early roles as a Software Analyst and Project Engineer, which have given him deep empathy for the engineering teams he leads.

Biju holds an MBA from the USC Marshall School of Business and a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering. He is an official member of the Forbes Business Council and maintains certifications in Cybersecurity. Outside the boardroom, Biju is dedicated to youth development, serving as the Executive Officer of the U.S. Naval Sea Cadet Corps (El Toro Battalion), where he instills the values of honor, commitment, and service in young Americans.
