For a very long time, SADA has been a leading provider of both Google and Microsoft cloud solutions with separate business units. When we started the company almost 20 years ago, we had ambitious dreams, but never imagined we would have achieved the tremendous growth and global accolades from partners and industry alike.
Today, I am proud to announce that the Microsoft Business Unit of SADA Systems has been acquired by Core BTS. Here is the official announcement of the acquisition.
What began as a tiny practice when we were a launch partner on Microsoft Office 365 (BPOS) has blossomed into an incredibly rewarding, successful business relationship with Microsoft and our Microsoft customers. Since 2006, SADA has migrated hundreds of organizations and hundreds of thousands of workers and systems to all three of Microsoft’s Clouds – Microsoft 365, Azure, and Dynamics.
Along the way, SADA was named the 2018 Microsoft Partner of the Year for Intelligent Communications, 2017 Microsoft Health Innovation Award winner, 2016 Microsoft Partner of the Year Finalist for Cloud Productivity, and three-time Microsoft US Education Cloud Partner of the Year. SADA also became a premier Microsoft Cloud Solutions Provider, holding multiple Gold competencies.
This was not an easy decision. But we know that it is the right one – one that will ensure that our entire Microsoft practice team, our Microsoft customer portfolio, and projects are transitioned into the most capable organization. It helps that 100% of our Microsoft Business Unit employees are making this journey together. We are confident that this business will continue to grow and thrive under the stewardship of Core BTS – with their exceptionally experienced management team as well as formidable private equity backing. With multiple Google Cloud Partner of the Year accolades and new specializations in Infrastructure, Enterprise Collaboration and Location Services, we will continue to enhance our expertise and explore new solutions and services to help our customers innovate and grow their businesses on Google Cloud technologies.
