This time around, we’re going to look at how those Engineers got here by examining the interview process.
We’ve recently been able to build out interview scaffolding that has proven to be effective for both parties—the interviewers and the candidate. This post is a rough outline of how we move engineering candidates from recruiting to hiring. There shouldn’t be any big secrets here. This guide will help you know what to expect, but you certainly want to be prepared with the right mix of skills and experience, as well.
