HERCloud is an in-house certification program designed to empower women with an understanding of cloud basics and the SaaS business model. Brought to you by the office of the CTO, our learning modules give team members the opportunity to learn from experienced thought leaders within SADA’s organization. The curriculum was developed to foster a more inclusive environment for women in the workplace - for the novice in cloud technology and leaders looking to deepen their understanding of the cloud.

Leilani Alvarez
As the Program Manager for technical empowerment programs at SADA, Leilani Alvarez brings her passion for empowerment and innovation strategy to create and drive technical learning programs from the office of the CTO. As a champion for company-wide DEIB, her goal is to give more women the tools they need to gain a deeper understanding of cloud technology.
Miles Ward
As CTO at SADA, Miles leads SADA’s cloud strategy and solutions capabilities. His remit includes delivering next-generation solutions to challenges in big data and analytics, application migration, infrastructure automation, and cost optimization.
